• Low Power Consumption - The newly developed ASIC reduces power consumption.
• High-Performance 520,000-pixel CCDs - The HL-59 employs 520,000-pixel high-performance FIT CCDS, while retaining the benefits of digital processing. It attains gripping picture quality with a horizontal resolution of 850 lines or greater. In addition, the HL-59W (option) employs high-performance CCD imaging sensors with an aspect ratio of 16:9, so that simple switchable operation can be done. It ensures stable, crisp pictures in 16:9 and 4:3 modes.
The HL-59W is a new digital processing camera that incorporates 520,000-pixel 16:9 FIT CCDs to achieve simple 16:9/4:3 switchable modes with the aid of a newly developed CCD drive scheme. It accommodates the needs of the times for stability with high image quality and low power consumption, while delivering either 4:3 or 16:9 aspect ratio pictures.
